CHALLENGE COIN TEE
Somebody at the facility struck a challenge coin for Frank. Nobody remembers authorizing it. Nobody has admitted to designing it. The dies were reportedly destroyed, which is exactly what you would say if you had made more.
What survives is the artwork: Frank in full tactical kit, sidearm up, saucer overhead, guard tower in the distance, and a perimeter sign nobody has ever obeyed. The bandage on his head is not explained anywhere in the file.
Now it is on a shirt, because getting the actual coin requires clearance you almost certainly do not have.
